Started in 1995 with only 320 square feet, Central Coast Record Storage has grown into one of the largest document mangement facilities in the area.
With over 15,000 sq. ft. of storage, and services available from Santa Barbara to King City, we've got you covered!
CCRS is a premier provider of record storage and document management services on the Central Coast. We offer secure access to your confidential materials. You'll receive big city services with a small town touch.
Document storage and management can no longer be low priority. With today's longer retention periods, heightened security and privacy requirements, and the need for immediate access, a full time records management team has become more of a necessity than a luxury.
Consider the options:
On-site Storage: With many of the required retention periods lasting 7 years or more, do you have the space at your
office to store 7 years worth of records?

Off-site storage: Self-Storage units are great...for your unused furniture, appliances, and bicycles Not for your valuable
records! Self-storage units are not compliant with state and federal regulations such as: HIPAA,
